Mom, we’re opening a restaurant

Here we are, all shiny and new: (L-R) Lalanya, Kelly-Jo and Stuart. We had no idea of the renovation hiccups that lay ahead….

I look back on this picture often and remember how excited and hopeful we all were and it gives me the energy to continue renovating and navigating this gauntlet of restaurant life in a pandemic.
